As an engineer, Kahlil designs mechanical and electrical systems, components and fixtures. He also evaluates and integrates instrumentation and sensors. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from UVA and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
