Mike comes from a background in firefighting and law enforcement, bringing a strong sense of discipline and problem-solving to his work. After his wife retired from the Marine Corps, he moved to the valley and has spent the last 15 years working as a maintenance technician in agriculture. With an electrician and construction background, Mike enjoys applying his skills to various hands-on projects. He is passionate about his work at VAI, where he continues to grow professionally while contributing to the team’s success. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with family and being a mentor to the youth in the community. |
